grilled cheese (low fat american) on whole wheat bread (40 cal per slice) with tomatoes (150)
spiniach salad with bell peppers (20)

snack:

1/2 tbsp organic pb (50)
dinner:
low-fat organic burrito (260)
carrots/cucumbers (35)
water
dessert:
(Dairy Queen)
small vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles (300)
for exercise i went snowboarding for 2 1/2 hours and did 45 minutes of beginner/intermediate yoga.
how did i do? was i healthy? will i maintain? thanks! tips/suggestions would be appreciated
the jelly was low sugar (7g per tbsp)
the cheese is low fat (60 cal per slice)



You don’t have to cut out the cheese. Cheese is OK but check the sodium levels not just the calories, as excessive sodium may cause water retention, making you feel and look bloated or fat. Also, where are you getting your protein? If you exercise, your going to need that protein to rebuild muscle! Eggs are a good choice (if you’re not vegan) and can be prepared scrambled with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes thrown in for a tasty, healthy breakfast. You can always separate the yolks too, if you’re worried about calories.
you did great you ate good and you exercised for more than an hour so thats good. I wouldn’t eat dairy queen every day though thats not healthy. I would do some kinda lifting though .
