i wish i could eat this healthy
i dunno if you’ll be able to keep it up through, try not to completely cut out your favourite foods but good luck xxx
Oh yeah, that’s going straight to your hips.
cut out the ice cream jelly and peanut butter
You did eat a lot- but you exercised and only drank water AND everything was heathy and organic. You will be fine.
ur crazy u ate realy healthy
ate healthy but not enough…don’t need to watch ur diet, just don’t eat junk food. cheips icecream etc.. eat vegetables, meat etc..,.drink vitamin water instead of sodas.
u ate very healthy! keep it up!
Just the fact that you can count the calories you ate and you exercise should answer your question. Most people don’t have a clue as to how many calories they consume in a meal let alone a day. The choices for food you listed tell me that you know how to eat healthy. As far as too much depends on your goals. Since you seem to exercise, I think you’re doing just fine.
